Registration fee includes First Night Deposit on Room of Your Choice (with applicable taxes, processing & admin fees).
All Registered Participants staying at Doubletree Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld are required to book a minimum of 3 nights besides room deposit paid during initial payment, which will be paid upon check out and charged to card on file with Doubletree Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld.
To receive $75 discounted Registration, Participants MUST BE staying on-site at Doubletree Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld. Standard Registration for non-hotel guest for the 2023 event is $475.
Roommates must purchase a registration/participant package and are required to submit a $100 deposit towards the shared room. This $100 goes towards your total balance for the weekend. When you check-in, the total deposit amounts from you and your roommate(s), will be credited to your room balance upon check-in. Roommates are also eligible for the $75 discount off Participant Registration.
