{Big}Bruthas Bonding In Pride is designated for all adult same-gender loving, larger men of color and those who love and support them. This environment is about brotherhood, unity, self-love, uplifting one another and good natured fun. We hope that all attendees will come with their mind set on those areas. Our home for 2024 is Le Meridien New Orleans 333 Poydras Street. Take in modern luxury at Le Méridien New Orleans. Located just steps from the historic French Quarter in downtown New Orleans, Louisiana, our hotel is near the renowned Arts District. Guests can enjoy a stunning rooftop pool, a 24-hour fitness center and all-day restaurants overlooking Lafayette Square.

When you register, you must purchase your Participant Package and your total hotel stay plus taxes, and fees. You will be required to present a valid credit or debit card at the time of check-in to cover your incidentals ($50 per night). On the website, we accept credit/debit cards through a secure and protected payment service for your Participant Package and hotel total.

We have blocked all rooms at the Le Meridien New Orleans. Our contract with the Le Meridien, states that we are financially responsible for all rooms not accounted for and so we are requiring that all participants book a minimum of three (3) nights. There is a $25 per night roommate fee for each additional person occupying the room.

Participant Packages:

The participant package and total hotel stay are refundable minus an administrative fee of $45 until January 27st, 2024. Neither is transferable. 

Soul2Speak Entertainment has a proven history of producing quality events that meet the expectations of attendees, and it will continue to do so. In very rare circumstances, {Big}Bruthas Bonding In Pridee may have to make schedule adjustments when events occur outside of {Big}Bruthas Bonding In Pride’s control.

Soul2Speak Entertainment reserves the right to postpone the {Big}Bruthas Bonding In Pride event, related event(s), in our sole discretion. If Soul2Speak Entertainment postpones an event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the postponed event to within six (6) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by Participants for a postponed {Big}Bruthas Bonding In Pride event shall apply to the rescheduled event or the next year’s {Big}Bruthas Bonding In Pride. This will be the Participant’s choice. Soul2Speak Entertainment is not responsible for airline tickets, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses Participants may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes.

In no event shall Soul2Speak Entertainment be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, venue cancellations or closures; civil or military disturbances, earthquakes; fires; floods; wars; sabotage; strikes; epidemics; and riots.

Installment Plans:

{Big}Bruthas Bonding In Pride Installment plans are available to help you purchase your registration for this event, and if applicable your hotel stay. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully.

All installment plans must be paid in full prior to the start of {Big}Bruthas Bonding In Pride 2024 for your registration/room  to be valid. Installment plans cannot be canceled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Please be confident of your purchase of the installment plan and your participation in {Big}Bruthas Bonding In Pride 2024 event. In accordance with our refund policy, please be aware that there are no refunds for paid or partially paid plans. In the event of non-payment, any deposited funds are forfeited to Soul2Speak Entertainment. Please check your shopping cart carefully before checking out. Any service fees for the payment plan will appear in the total. We are unable to make any changes to your payment plan once your order has been submitted. You must always have a valid form of payment on file during your installment plan. In the event of a declined charge, the system will cancel your plan from automatic withdrawals and switch it to manual invoices for the remaining payments. Invoices that are unpaid after 7 days will be considered in default. Plans that are in default will follow the terms of a non-payment. You agree to abide by {Big}Bruthas Bonding In Pride Installment Plan Terms by initiating and making the first payment of this installment plan.

Day Passes:

Day Passes are non refundable and are not transferable. Please be confident of your purchase of {Big}Bruthas Bonding In Pride Day Passes and your participation in {Big}Bruthas Bonding In Pride 2024 event prior to purchase.
